For example, the management system such as policies and regulations is not perfect, the level of governance and monitoring technologies is not high, and the lack of professionals, which seriously limits the detection of VOCs, the development of governance markets, and the development of the industry. A considerable part of the annual production value is under 30 million yuan. The business model is mainly to provide equipment, technical processes or drugs; the detection industry has developed, and some companies have started to increase their competitiveness through financing. It is understood that VOCs have a wide variety of types, many emission industries, and small and scattered emission sources. In addition to individual industries, the size of individual pollution sources is generally smaller and the output value is lower. "The China Environmental Protection Industry Association's Exhaust Gas Purification Committee has conducted surveys and statistics on more than 80 different types of enterprises. In 2014, only 8.9 of the company's output value exceeded 100 million yuan, and 30 companies had between 50 million and 100 million yuan. The investigation also found that with the increase of environmental protection departments' supervision of VOC emissions, the VOCs testing market has developed rapidly, and enterprises engaged in VOCs testing instruments and testing services have developed rapidly. In addition, social capital has begun to enter the VOCs governance market, and some companies with strong technical capabilities have begun to increase their strength through financing and capital injection to enhance their market competitiveness.
